A CCFS application, in paper or electronic form, may request a client to provide certain profile information, which may include: contacts, business name, principal's name, expected transaction volumes, business financial data, bank accounts, addresses, URL's, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses. This information may be used to contact the customer about CCFS services or to set the customer up for the requested services.

CCFS will not give, sell, share or rent this information to others. Creative Cash Flow Solutions, may however, validate this information, or request additional information from credit bureaus or other third parties, to assist us in underwriting the client. Information obtained from third parties is kept confidential under the terms of the agreements with those third parties.
Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, CCFS never collects n or maintains information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13 years old.
Data Access
All data access is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Depending on their account set up and their entitlements, the secure protected area of our Web service site(s) may allow our customers, using a unique username and password, to access account information and transaction reporting, and to initiate or process transactions directly from the Web site.

Access is granted to personally identifiable information only to employees who need information to perform a specific job (such as our customer service representatives). CCFS employees are notified or reminded about CCFS' importance on privacy every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added. In addition CCFS employees are informed of the steps they should take to protect our customers' information.

Creative Cash Flow Solutions protects customers, consumers, and Creative Cash Flow Solutions itself, from credit risks, fraud and operational compromises via state-of-the-art technology, methodology, and services. In addition to collecting and archiving application and transaction data from customers and consumers, Creative Cash Flow Solutions also retrieves supplemental data from third parties to facilitate credit and operational decisions and monitoring. These third parties may include national and regional consumer and business credit bureaus, check verification services, address verification services and other third party transaction processors. Once the information is retrieved from third parties, it is archived in a secure environment. This data may be used to build proprietary databases or to develop statistically based credit, fraud or marketing models.
